The Citrus County Education Foundation invites you to our 12th Annual Foundation Fest at the College of Central Florida. Come out and support your favorite community leaders as they compete as celebrity servers, raising tips all night for a great cause. The event also features a lip sync contest and our incredible online silent auction that you won’t want to miss! All proceeds from the evening will benefit CCEF programs supporting our public schools.
Each year, CCEF hosts Galaxy, a special dinner honoring the Teacher and School-Related Employee of the Year from every school and department. It’s a night dedicated to celebrating those who give their all for our students every day.
A day long bus tour featuring Citrus County School District dignitaries, Citrus County Education Foundation board members, and donors, celebrating our best and brightest graduating seniors. Stops are made at each nominee's home throughout the day. The awards are based on academic achievement, personal accomplishments and service to their school. Seniors are nominated by each high school and the potential winners are chosen by a selection committee.
Math Field Day is a county-wide competition that gives middle and high school students the chance to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they've gained throughout the school year. The event promotes teamwork, encourages school spirit, and builds interest in the field of mathematics.

The event takes place in April each year, and is part of the Education Foundation’s “Educational Fitness” month which helps to raise money for public education while focusing on the importance of healthy minds and bodies.
Swim, bike, run — and have some fun! Join us for the 12th Annual Citrus Kids Triathlon, a family-friendly event for all ages and abilities.
We are hosting the 12th Annual Citrus Kids Triathlon! The event features three divisions: JR (2017-2020) and SR (2013-2014) and a Tri4Fun that is open to any age. Children ages 5-15 can participate in the Age Group divisions. If you just want to TRI a triathlon, then enter the non-competitive Tri4Fun division where adults and children can go together.
Help us Stuff the Bus and stock our Supplies 4 Success free teacher store! Donations made at participating locations across Citrus County will directly support local teachers and students by providing essential classroom supplies where they’re needed most.
The Superintendent’s Golf Classic is the longest-running fundraiser for the Citrus County Education Foundation. This year's annual event will host approximately 120 golfers competing in two flights based upon the skill level of their team.
